2. Freight Transportation Services
Our commitment to excellence means we handle every pallet with precision. We operate under standard logistics industry regulations. It's vital to note that arrival times are estimates influenced by traffic, weather, and transit variables beyond our immediate control. We'll always keep you updated via our dispatch team.
Liability for cargo is defined by the specific tier of service selected at the time of booking. Are you familiar with the Bill of Lading requirements? Our team works diligently to ensure every shipment complies with MI and federal transportation laws.
3. Warehousing & Storage
Goods stored at our Walled Lake facility remain the property of the client, though RUSH DISTRIBUTION SERVICE, INC. maintains a possessory lien for all unpaid storage fees. We require a 24-hour notice for freight extraction to maintain our workflow efficiency. Safety first—always.
4. Payment & Billing
Net terms are provided to established accounts only. For new clients, we require payment upon delivery (POD) or secure digital transfer before the truck departs. We don't take risks with your delivery schedule, and we appreciate your promptness in return.
